Couplings

Jaw Coupling

Flexible shaft coupling with elastomeric spider insert (NBR/PU) for vibration damping.

The industry-standard flexible coupling for pump and motor sets (Lovejoy / Rotex style). Consists of two metallic hubs interlocking over an elastomeric 'spider' insert that dampens torsional vibration and absorbs shock loads.

Key benefits

Why this product

  • Elastomer spider acts as a mechanical fuse — fails safely under extreme overload to protect pump shafts
  • Dampens motor torsional vibration, preventing premature mechanical seal face shattering
  • Fail-safe design allows hubs to interlock and continue driving even if rubber spider wears out
  • 100% maintenance-free operation requiring zero grease or lubrication
